April has been in the legal field since 2007 graduating from Blackhawk Technical College with an associate degree. She has worked at numerous law offices ranging from family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury. At Zimmerman and Walsh, LLP she is our office manager, is involved with the day to day running of the office as well as assists in real estate matters, probate, and family law.

April grew up on a dairy farm in Milton, Wisconsin with her four siblings. Her family still runs the dairy farm they bought in 1988. She moved to Rockford, Illinois in 2008 where she is raising her two girls with her fiancé. Her and her family love cooking together, visiting family in Wisconsin as well as family in Minnesota.
